Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources department in delivering efficient HR services. Based in the UAE, the ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
• Assist with payroll preparation and benefits administration
• Ensure HR policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with UAE labor regulations
• Coordinate with PRO for visa services

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the UAE
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in Bayzat is a bonus
