Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in using SAP HR modules, handling employee records, and coordinating HR processes. In addition, the HR Coordinator will play a key role in organizing and facilitating employee training programs to support development and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, data, and reports in SAP HR.
  • Coordinate, schedule, and track employee training programs (induction, compliance, skill development).
  • Prepare training materials and maintain training attendance/feedback records.
  • Assist in employee relations activities and ensure HR policies are communicated effectively.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics using SAP for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR coordination or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in SAP HR modules (or other HRIS systems).
  • Experience in training coordination or facilitation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
