We are seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in human resources, showcasing a solid understanding of HR practices and processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth experience for new hires.
  • Support HR compliance and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Contribute to employee engagement activities, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Coordinate and conduct departmental training sessions and orientations for new employees.
  • Prepare and complete monthly HR reports and other statistical reports as required.
  • Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests and provide assistance.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and systems with accurate employee information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in an HR support role, with a solid understanding of HR practices and processes.
