Role Overview
Responsibilities
- Review and update job descriptions and role profiles to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs, securing approval from HR leadership where required.
- Source suitable candidates through databases, networking, online platforms, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
- Engage with potential candidates to provide insights into the organisation, facilities, benefits, and opportunities.
- Screen applicants and recommend shortlisted profiles to hiring managers, supporting the selection process with psychometric or personality assessments where needed.
- Organise and coordinate competency-based interviews, consolidate feedback, and manage the approval process for offers and compensation packages.
- Draft and issue employment contracts for selected candidates, while also ensuring timely communication with unsuccessful applicants.
- Deliver structured HR and company inductions for all new hires.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees during onboarding and integration, providing guidance and support throughout their initial months.
- Manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and terminations in line with company procedures.
- Provide HR support to employees and managers across a range of areas, including performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and succession planning.
- Conduct exit interviews and ensure the offboarding process is properly followed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring both hard copy files and electronic systems are updated consistently.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner capacity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Recent and relevant HR experience in the UAE (must currently be based in the UAE)
