Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR Business Partner capacity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Recent and relevant HR experience in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Review and update job descriptions with HR leadership approval.
  • Source suitable candidates through various channels.
  • Engage with potential candidates about the organization and benefits.
  • Screen applicants and recommend shortlisted profiles.
  • Organize competency-based interviews and manage feedback.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts for selected candidates.
  • Deliver structured inductions for all new hires.
  • Act as primary contact for employees during onboarding.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events in line with procedures.
  • Provide HR support on performance and employee relations.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper offboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in both formats.

Overview

Human Resources Business Partner - 1 year contract, Based in Dubai, AED 21,000+ self benefits

Role Overview
Responsibilities
  • Review and update job descriptions and role profiles to ensure accuracy and alignment with business needs, securing approval from HR leadership where required.
  • Source suitable candidates through databases, networking, online platforms, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
  • Engage with potential candidates to provide insights into the organisation, facilities, benefits, and opportunities.
  • Screen applicants and recommend shortlisted profiles to hiring managers, supporting the selection process with psychometric or personality assessments where needed.
  • Organise and coordinate competency-based interviews, consolidate feedback, and manage the approval process for offers and compensation packages.
  • Draft and issue employment contracts for selected candidates, while also ensuring timely communication with unsuccessful applicants.
  • Deliver structured HR and company inductions for all new hires.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees during onboarding and integration, providing guidance and support throughout their initial months.
  • Manage employee lifecycle events such as promotions, transfers, contract renewals, and terminations in line with company procedures.
  • Provide HR support to employees and managers across a range of areas, including performance management, employee relations, disciplinary matters, and succession planning.
  • Conduct exit interviews and ensure the offboarding process is properly followed.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring both hard copy files and electronic systems are updated consistently.
Requirements
