Job description

This role will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company’s objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing advice and guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Work with the central HR Head to establish and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law across all operating entities within the unit.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conducting investigations to be escalated to the Head of HR, providing guidance on disciplinary and grievance matters, and managing employee exits including visa cancellations and exit interviews.
  • Coordinate the recruitment and onboarding process together with the key stake holders, including updating and monitoring progress on manpower planning, creating manpower requests for successful candidates, ensuring job descriptions are available for every role in the organization, sharing offer letters and collecting all relevant documents required for visa processing in line with the UAE Law and company policy, participating in the interviewing process as required
  • Partner with the HR Head to deploy the Performance Management Tool for and conduct training for all users.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance management, including setting goals and objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying development opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain accurate HR data in excel until HRMS is implemented and ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures, including benefits, payroll, and other related matters
  • Administer the leave and ticket booking process for all colleagues in a timely manner.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR Metrics reports.
  • Represent the organization in a professional manner in all interactions with internal and external customers.
  • Ensure adherence & compliance to policies, procedures, ISO standards, Health & Safety requirements, ethical code of conduct & values.

Qualifications/Requirements/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
  • Experience in partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support and advise managers and employees.
  • Ability to drive organizational change and implement HR transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in leadership development, succession planning, and training programs.
  • 7-9 years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations, organizational development, and strategic HR planning.
  • HRBP experience in corporate, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, or automotive sectors is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
