Job summary

A leading entertainment company in the UAE is seeking a Manager – HR Business Partnering to align HR initiatives with business goals. The role involves guiding leaders on HR policies, improving employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with UAE labour law. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally in large organizations. This position is part of the Emiratisation initiative, open to UAE Nationals only.

What you’ll do

  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and DHE policies across the employee lifecycle.
  • Use HR metrics and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Lead onboarding, training, development, and change management initiatives.
What we’re looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, ideally in large or complex organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of UAE labour law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in talent management, workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in H7RIS and Microsoft Office.
