As we expand our global operations, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our warehousing and logistics operations in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities:
1. On-site Employee Management and vender management
- Responsible for providing HR support to warehouse and operations staff, responding promptly to daily inquiries and emergencies.
- Coordinate employee relations on-site, handle labor disputes, and assist in fostering a positive working environment.
- Manage existing labor supply vendors, including contract and cost management, workforce planning and adjustment, and onboarding coordination.
2. Attendance and Leave Management
- Oversee and conduct initial review of employee attendance, overtime, and leave records.
- Verify LMS system attendance data daily to ensure accuracy.
- Assist in resolving attendance anomalies and promote timely submission of leave documentation by supervisors.
3. Contract and HR System Maintenance
- Coordinate recruitment activities.
- Manage the signing and archiving of employment contracts throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, transfer, offboarding).
- Input, update, and maintain employee records in HR systems such as LMS and JBW.
- Support document retention and audit preparation in coordination with HQ HR Compliance.
4. Workforce Planning and Efficiency Support
- Assist operations management in headcount planning and optimize manpower allocation.
- Track staffing changes and provide productivity analysis to improve per capita output.
- Regularly generate workforce movement reports, attendance compliance, and attendance rate analyses.
5. Training and Employee Development
- Organize onboarding, job-specific, and safety training for frontline employees.
- Liaise with HQ training resources to support skill enhancement and career development paths.
- Maintain records of training attendance and outcomes, and build basic training files.
6. HR Process Execution and Compliance Assurance
- Ensure the effective implementation of company HR policies on-site and communicate policy updates.
- Assist in internal and external audits, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of labor processes, documentation, and system records.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–4 years of HR experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, or blue-collar environments.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and visa/change of status processes.
- Experience in vendor and workforce management is a strong advantage.
- Proficiency in HR systems (LMS, JBW or similar) and MS Office tools, especially Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a hands-on and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in English is required; Mandarin or Arabic is a plus.
