Job description

As an HR Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders and department heads to align people strategies with business objectives. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and change agent, supporting organizational growth through strategic workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, and leadership coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligned with company goals
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, talent management, organizational design, and change initiatives
  • Drive performance management processes, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Analyze HR metrics (turnover, engagement, headcount, etc.) to inform strategic decisions
  • Support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and onboarding initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition
  • Advise on compensation, benefits, and reward strategies in alignment with market trends
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and HR best practices
  • Champion DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) and employee well-being initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HRBP or similar strategic role
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proficient in HRIS tools and data analytics (e.g., Workday, BambooHR, Excel)
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders at all levels
  • Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced, and matrixed environments
  • Speaking Native Arabic and English is a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification
  • Experience in tech, SaaS, or multinational environments
  • Background in organizational development or coaching is a plus
