We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our HR team and help shape the future of our organization.

Purpose

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic liaison between Human Resources and business units, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees. This role is responsible for proactively driving the people agenda, supporting organizational goals, and enabling a high-performance culture. The HRBP will champion employee engagement, manage change effectively, and ensure consistent application of HR practices aligned with business needs and organizational values.

Accountabilities
  • Deliver the agreed people plans that are relevant to the business and align with HR principles.
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns, promoting engagement, and ensuring alignment with company strategy.
  • Engage with the business on an ongoing basis to stay updated with business needs and requirements.
  • Support identified talent in executing development plans.
  • Work with managers to enhance employee performance.
  • Ensure HR policies are applied consistently across the organization while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Act as a trusted advisor.
Education, Experience, and Competencies
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in HR (typically 8+ years).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
