Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant who is fluent in Arabic and English to support our Human Resources team in various administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for someone passionate about HR processes, employee support, and working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations including documentation, employee records, and filing.
  • Support in Employee Relations
  • Prepare HR-related letters.
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Translate HR documents and communications from English to Arabic (and vice versa).
  • Provide support in attendance, leave tracking, and employee benefits administration.
  • Handle basic employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is a must.
  • 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
