Human Resources Assistant

Masar Al Ameen is a professional real estate agency in Dubai that offers luxury properties for sale, rent, and management.

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter at Masar Al Ameen Real Estate L.L.C. located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs.

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition skills
• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
