Job description

We are a dynamic, British-run real estate start-up setting new standards in Dubai’s property market. Our brand-new office in Marina Plaza is designed to foster creativity, collaboration, and growth as we build a high-performing team.

The HR Assistant will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations and helping us scale a motivated, compliant, and high-energy workforce. The ideal candidate brings prior HR experience within the Dubai real estate sector, a proactive mindset, and a extrovert who understands the company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and RERA requirements.
  • Support payroll preparation and benefits administration.
  • Coordinate training sessions, performance reviews, and employee engagement activities.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide general administrative support to the HR Manager/Founder.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee inquiries and workplace culture initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven HR experience in a Dubai real estate company (brokerage or developer).
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor law, visas, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent English communication skills; Additional languages is a plus.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast paced start up environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems e.g. Greyt HR
