Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of experience in HR within a manufacturing context, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in English, with knowledge of Italian being a plus.

Job description

Legnano Teknoelectric Company Middle East, worldwide leader in the production of high-performance cores and laminations for transformers & reactors, is looking for its Dubai seat a reliable HR Assistant to provide administrative support to the HR department and assist with a variety of HR-related tasks, including recruitment, employee onboarding and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities:

  • To assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
  • To handle visa applications, renewal, cancellations through Dubai Trade.
  • To support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  • To accurately input and update employee records, including personal information, contracts, attendance and leave balances.
  • To maintain organized records, both physical and digital, of HR data and ensure all information is up to date and compliant with company policies and legal requirements.
  • To assist in generating HR reports, including headcount, leave, and performance reports.
  • To support the HR and HSE team in organizing training sessions, workshops, and other employee engagement activities.

Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in same role in a manufacturing industry in UAE (previous experience in Jafza is an advantage).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to details and a proactive attitude.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in team.
  • Problem-solving.
  • Computer-savvy.

Languages:

  • Excellent written and verbal English
