Job Brief:

We are hiring an HR Assistant for a packaging industry client based in Dubai. The role involves providing administrative support to the HR department and ensuring smooth HR operations across the factory and staff locations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, approachable, and capable of handling employee documentation and welfare responsibilities efficiently. Candidates with HR experience from their home country are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, including filing and digital documentation.
  • Support day-to-day HR operations, including handling employee medicals and insurance-related tasks.
  • Visit shop-floor employees regularly to gather feedback and address basic HR concerns.
  • Conduct routine checks at labor camps to monitor living conditions and resolve minor issues.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee databases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely documentation and policy compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR department for daily operations and ad hoc tasks.
  • Help in organizing employee engagement activities and maintaining workplace morale.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of HR experience.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to engage with shop floor and labor camp employees regularly.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate a people-first approach.
