Job Title: HR Assistant

Job Summary:

Al Itqan is looking for a detail-oriented and enthusiastic HR Assistant to support daily HR operations. From recruitment coordination to document management, this role ensures smooth internal processes and employee support within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with recruitment tasks including job postings, interview scheduling, and candidate communication

Maintain organized employee records and HR documentation

Support onboarding, offboarding, and internal HR procedures

Coordinate with the PRO for visa and labour documentation

Monitor attendance, leave, and support payroll inputs

Help organize employee engagement and wellness activities

Respond to employee queries professionally and confidentially

Provide general administrative assistance to the HR department

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field

1–2 years of HR or administrative experience (fresh graduates may also apply)

Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word

Familiarity with UAE labour laws and visa process is an advantage

Strong communication and organizational skills

Discretion and a positive, team-oriented attitude
