Job description

POSITION PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for supporting HR-related services to employees of S+ clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and adherence to service standards.

Role Description:

  • Provide frontline support to S+ client employees for queries related to employment.
  • Assist with HR service areas, including:
  • Issuance of employee letters and documentation
  • Manage all incoming queries via communication channels, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Assist in the maintenance and updating of employee records and HR systems.
  • manage compliance with SLAs reports, policies, and standard operating procedures in service delivery.
  • Assist in drafting and updating standard operating procedures for employee services.
  • Maintain and update documentation, records, and files for employee services and processes.
  • Schedule, organize, and manage meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Perform other HR-related tasks as directed by management.

JOB SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Strong written and spoken communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good understanding of employee service processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proactive approach to identifying and addressing employee needs.
  • Familiarity with HR systems, helpdesk tools, and relevant software applications.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

QUALIFICATIONS AND RELEVANT ROLES/EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an HR-related role.
