We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contribution directly impacts employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding of new employees.
- Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with UAE labor law and audit requirements.
- Payroll & Benefits: Prepare monthly payroll inputs, process HR documents, and assist employees with insurance and reimbursement queries.
- Visa & Government Relations: Coordinate employment visa applications and renewals while liaising with PRO and government bodies for legal and compliance matters.
- Leave & Attendance Management: Monitor and track annual leave plans, sick leave, and ensure timely system updates and approvals.
- HR Systems & Reports: Update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) for internal stakeholders.
- Employee Engagement & Wellness: Support engagement initiatives and wellness activities in collaboration with the HR department.
- Process Improvement: Actively participate in HR automation projects and drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar HR role
- Background in manufacturing, F&B, hospitality, or retail preferred
- Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Valid UAE driving license required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR or related field; CIPD/SHRM/CHRM certification is a plus
