Job summary

A leading company in the UAE is seeking an experienced Human Resources Analyst to support daily HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, payroll, and employee records, along with participating in process improvements. Candidates should have at least 7 years of relevant experience, a strong understanding of UAE labor laws, and proficiency in HR systems. A bachelor's or master's degree in HR is required.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Background in manufacturing, F&B, hospitality, or retail preferred.
  • Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in line with UAE labor law.
  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and assist with insurance queries.
  • Coordinate visa applications and liaise with government bodies.
  • Monitor annual leave plans and ensure timely system updates.
  • Update HRIS and prepare internal reports.
  • Support engagement initiatives and wellness activities.
  • Drive process improvements in HR practices.

Job description

We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Analyst who will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring full compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies. This position offers a dynamic and collaborative environment where your contribution directly impacts employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interview coordination, reference checks, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee Records & Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in accordance with UAE labor law and audit requirements.
  • Payroll & Benefits: Prepare monthly payroll inputs, process HR documents, and assist employees with insurance and reimbursement queries.
  • Visa & Government Relations: Coordinate employment visa applications and renewals while liaising with PRO and government bodies for legal and compliance matters.
  • Leave & Attendance Management: Monitor and track annual leave plans, sick leave, and ensure timely system updates and approvals.
  • HR Systems & Reports: Update the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and prepare reports (daily, weekly, monthly, and annual) for internal stakeholders.
  • Employee Engagement & Wellness: Support engagement initiatives and wellness activities in collaboration with the HR department.
  • Process Improvement: Actively participate in HR automation projects and drive continuous improvement in processes and practices.

What We’re Looking For:
