Mair Group is a dynamic, high-growth strategic investment group with a core focus on food security, retail, and real estate. The group was established through the consolidation of the historic retail co-operatives of Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Al Dhafra, and Delma.

Within the group, Makani Real Estate leads the development and management of regional and community shopping malls across the UAE.

Mair Group was listed on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) in December 2024, while maintaining a majority Emirati family shareholding.

The current portfolio includes 120+ retail stores and 12 shopping center's, with significant capital allocated for future expansion in both the retail and mall sectors.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a curious, detail-driven HR Analyst to join our team. If you enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and helping teams make smarter decisions, this role might be a great fit for you. You’ll play a key part in shaping our people strategies by turning numbers into insights and supporting various HR initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Dig into HR data to uncover patterns around hiring, performance, compensation, and employee engagement.
  • Build reports and dashboards that help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Support workforce planning and help us understand future talent needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to improve processes and policies.
  • Keep our HR systems and databases accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure we’re compliant with labor laws and internal standards.
  • Contribute to HR projects that make a real impact on our people and culture.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A degree in HR, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR analytics or a similar role.
  • Strong skills in Excel and familiarity with tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • A knack for turning data into stories and actionable insights.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Understanding of HR systems and labor regulations.

Nice to Have:
