We are looking for an HR Administrator with expertise in payroll processing, recruitment, and general HR functions to join our team. This role requires a well-rounded professional who can manage end-to-end payroll, support hiring activities, and contribute to overall HR operations.
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll, including salaries, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
Maintain payroll records, including leave balances, benefits, and statutory deductions.
Handle payroll-related employee queries and ensure timely resolutions.
Prepare payroll reports and coordinate with the finance team for disbursements.
Assist in end-of-service settlements, bonuses, and other compensation calculations.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and source top talent.
Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
HR Generalist Duties:
Support HR functions such as employee relations, policies, and compliance.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
Assist in HR reporting, audits, and compliance checks.
Coordinate training sessions, engagement activities, and performance reviews.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and HR support.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR administration, payroll, and recruitment.
Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and HR best practices.
Experience with HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
