Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update employee records in both digital and physical formats
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle documentation
• Assist with generating HR reports using Excel and MIS systems
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in HR data and documentation
• Provide administrative support to the HR team
• Respond to employee queries related to HR records and processes

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• 1-3 year of HR admin experience (internship or entry-level exposure is welcome)
• Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel (basic formulas and formatting)
• Familiarity with MIS or HR systems is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
Arabic Language would be a plus!
