We are looking for a highly organized and people-focused HR Specialist to join our real estate team, with a primary focus on HR Administration. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires — particularly sales agents, administrative staff, and field teams — while maintaining accurate employee records and supporting daily HR operations. This position is crucial in creating a positive first impression of the company and in supporting the administrative backbone of a fast-paced, client-driven real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding & Orientation
- Manage the entire onboarding process for new hires, including agents, support staff, and field personnel.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (IT, Admin, Facilities) to ensure workstations, tools, and system access are ready prior to joining.
- Prepare and facilitate new hire orientation sessions tailored to the real estate industry.
- Collect, verify, and manage new hire documentation and contracts.
- Serve as the first point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding process.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records in both digital HRIS systems and physical files.
- Prepare and manage HR documents including offer letters, contracts, NDAs, warning letters, and other official correspondence.
- Assist with employee life cycle processes such as confirmations, promotions, transfers, and exits.
- Ensure proper documentation and execution of offboarding procedures including exit interviews and full-and-final settlements.
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and real estate industry regulations.
- Monitor and update employment policies and handbooks in line with legal and industry changes.
- Generate reports related to headcount, attrition, onboarding progress, and compliance status.
- Support HR audits and maintain confidentiality of employee data.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of HR experience, with a focus on onboarding and HR operations; real estate or service sector experience preferred.
- Familiarity with real estate team structures (e.g., sales commissions, agent onboarding, field team support) is an advantage.
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., Zoho People, SAP, BambooHR).
- Strong interpersonal skills, a service-oriented mindset, and high attention to detail.
