We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Specialist to join our team and support our growing workforce by handling a variety of HR-related tasks with precision and care.

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled HR Specialist to support the human resources functions of our company. In this role, you will work closely with employees and management to ensure that our workplace is compliant, efficient, and engaging. You’ll manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and other critical HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage full-cycle recruitment, including posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
  2. Onboard new employees and ensure they are integrated effectively into the company culture and operations.
  3. Administer and monitor employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off (PTO).
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related questions, policies, and procedures.
  5. Handle employee relations matters, mediate disputes, and ensure a positive work environment.
  6. Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and organizational effectiveness.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  8. Coordinate and assist with employee training and development programs to foster employee growth.
  9. Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  10. Assist with performance management, including employee appraisals and career development discussions.
  11. Conduct exit interviews and manage the offboarding process for departing employees.
  12. Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar HR role.
  2. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
  3. Experience with recruitment, employee onboarding, and performance management.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  8. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
