We are currently in the process of hiring the above vacancy, for a renowned investment company established in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company’s goals, while ensuring compliance with UAE labour laws. This role demands strong leadership, discretion, and a deep understanding of HR best practices within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks in line with UAE legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee development programmes.
  • Handle employee relations issues, grievances, disciplinary actions, and terminations fairly and professionally.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills as HR Manager
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment for key positions, ensuring high-calibre talent acquisition.
  • Lead the creation and execution of employee recognition initiatives.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate the design and delivery of training programs to boost employee skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and conflict resolution, handling employee relations matters, and promoting a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HR software and ERP implementation on a company level
  • Strong understanding of UAE laws related to HR
