A leading real estate firm in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and support all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Indian professional with relevant real estate HR experience to contribute to a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the real estate industry.
  • Partner with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
  • Handle employee engagement, retention strategies, and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Support talent development and coordinate training programs.
  • Maintain HR records and generate regular reports on HR metrics.
  • Liaise with PROs and government agencies for visa processing and labor compliance.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of HR management experience specifically in the real estate sector. (Sr. Executive, Team Leader & Assistant Manager will also be considered for the role)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certifications are a plus).
