Role Purpose

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic resource to align Human Resource and Talent strategies with overall business objectives. The HRBP is dedicated to partnering with business units, leaders, and functions to provide HR expertise and consulting, aiming to build organizational capability and support current and future business goals. The HRBP drives key initiatives related to organizational health and engagement, offering advice, counseling, and executing strategic projects. They effectively manage complex employee relations issues, conduct investigations, oversee performance management, and participate in talent and succession planning, including 360 feedback processes. The role emphasizes leadership development and the implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives that promote short-term and long-term business success.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • 10 to 12 years of experience in HR functions, including management and leadership development, and talent review.
  • Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to apply talent management processes and tools to support strategic objectives.
  • Experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development.
  • Proven ability to manage the development of current and future leaders.
  • Experience supporting leadership development programs.
  • Skills in Training and Development, Employee Performance Management, Rewards & Recognition, and Change Management.
  • Experience in HR and Administrative team management.
