Job Description

As a Human Resource Administrator, you will assist in all administrative processes within the Human Capital facility, ensure effective communication, and help maintain smooth operations

  • Compile and share manpower resource reports including vacation planning and attendance
  • Conduct new employee orientation and process HR paperwork
  • Arrange medical tests for new employees and food handlers
  • Apply for medical insurance promptly according to company policies
  • Ensure timely distribution of SAP-generated reports to relevant departments
  • Maintain accurate records related to productivity, training, SOPs, and hygiene
  • Assist with SAP and manual order processing
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication
  • Manage filing systems and maintain document logs
