About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated Management Trainee to join the Human Capital Excellence Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience across various HR functions. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Assist in reporting, analytics, governance, compliance and triaging daily requests in Service portal.
• Support projects and BAU requirements associated with Audits, Risks, analytics and other necessary tasks.
• Work on various reporting requirements, analyze HR data to identify trends and publish findings.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance HR processes and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for various queries and concerns within Human Capital.
• Identify areas for process improvement and suggest enhancements.

About You:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in HR or related business function.
• Demonstrated interest in human capital management.
• Quick learner with adaptability to new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Familiarity with AI applications in HR.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence.
• Proactive, adaptable, and a fast-paced learner.
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
