Human Capital Business Partner (Arabic Speaker)

Job Location: Abu Dhabi

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Purpose

Work closely with line managers to build staff capability, plan and manage talent and develop approaches that achieve shared company objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Department / Office managers to develop and execute HR strategies focused on organizational design, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • Drive cultural change with Department / Office managers
  • Partner with Human Capital Department to deliver HR programs and processes to align with business and company goals
  • Consult with Department / Office managers on talent management / development, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and overall people effectiveness
  • Manage and resolve employee concerns, investigations, and recommendations for resolution
  • Guide Department / Office managers and employees on policy and procedure interpretation and consistent application of those policies
  • Collect and analyze HR metrics, generate standard and ad hoc reports, and perform trend analysis, including monthly HR KPI reports
  • Support with succession planning
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong track record in managing HR operations, strategic initiatives, or organizational development
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and data analysis
  • Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant credentials are highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
