JOB TITLE Human Capital Business Partner | MAF Properties | Development
ROLE SUMMARY We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven HC Business Partner with a passion for elevating organizational culture and strategy to the next level, someone who excels at collaborating with all levels of leadership and driving change in a positive direction, who can bring energy and levity to the office while still maintaining high standards and achieving our key Human Capital objectives.
ROLE PROFILE
Develop and review the organization structure at regular intervals and provide inputs to Development Business Head of Human Capital and other Function Heads.
Supervise the preparation and management of the HR budget/workforce planning, aligning it with organizational financial objectives.
Create and implement engaging employee programs that drive a positive culture.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach Managers to cultivate an environment of trust, respect, inclusivity, and collaboration.
Manage succession planning for the business unit, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for key roles.
Partner with Function Heads to deliver effective HC solutions that support overall business objectives including performance management, employee relations, and Total Rewards.
Support the Emiratization initiatives and programs to meet/exceed Majid Al Futtaim Properties overall objectives.
Ensure that all employees strictly comply with MAFP policies, UAE’s Labour Law, and other legal legislation requirements at all times.
Implement MAFP HC policies and procedures in the DB and maintain effective liaison with Function Heads and Managers to ensure the correct interpretation and application/compliance of HC policies & procedures, including providing input and feedback on.
Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and data-driven analytics for strategic decision-making.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
7-10 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP, talent management, and workforce planning.
Expertise in succession planning, budgeting, and workforce planning processes.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives and influencing senior leaders.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and influence at all levels of the organization.
