Job Purpose

Work closely with line managers to build staff capability, plan and manage talent, and develop approaches that achieve shared company objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Partner with Department / Office managers to develop and execute HR strategies focused on organizational design, talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
  2. Drive cultural change with Department / Office managers.
  3. Partner with Human Capital Department to deliver HR programs and processes aligned with business and company goals.
  4. Consult with Department / Office managers in talent management / development, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, benefits, and overall people effectiveness.
  5. Manage and resolve employee concerns, investigations, and provide recommendations for resolution.
  6. Guide Department / Office managers and employees on policy and procedure interpretation and ensure consistent application.
  7. Collect and analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and conduct trend analysis, including monthly HR KPI reports.
  8. Support succession planning efforts.

Job Requirements :

  1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. At least 5 years of proven experience in a similar HR role, with a strong track record in managing HR operations, strategic initiatives, or organizational development.
  3. Ability to manage multiple projects and perform data analysis.
  4. Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or other relevant credentials are highly preferred.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
