Job summary

Hitachi Energy seeks a Hub Controller, Service MEA to partner with the Hub Manager, driving strategic and operational finance decisions across the MEA region. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance management while guiding a regional Finance and Controlling team across multiple countries.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive governance and continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations and Hitachi policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong Finance and Controlling experience in multinational environments.
• Proven leadership experience managing regional or geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience in the Energy, Industrial, Engineering, or related sectors.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.

The Opportunity

As Hub Controller, Service MEA, you will be the trusted business partner to the Hub Manager and a key member of the regional leadership team. You will drive business performance, influence strategic decisions, and lead Finance and Controlling activities across multiple countries in the Middle East and Africa region. You will also lead a regional team and play a critical role in shaping the future growth of the Service business.
