Job summary

Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd in the UAE seeks an HSSE Officer to enforce Health, Safety, Security and Environmental standards across multiple sites in Dubai. You will conduct inspections, support audits, emergency planning, and maintain safety documentation, while coordinating with safety committees and external authorities.

Fluency in English and Arabic, a Bachelor’s in OH&S or related field, and at least 1 year of HSSE or security experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Sustainability, or related field.
• At least 1 year of HSSE or related security experience preferred.
• Fluency in English (and Arabic if possible).

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inspections and participate in HSSE audits to identify hazards.
• Manage emergency preparedness, evacuation drills, and incident reporting.
• Maintain accurate HSSE records, certifications, and equipment inventories.
• Ensure compliance with local and federal HSE regulations and PTW policies.
• Support training programs and toolbox talks; drive continuous improvement.
• Travel between sites to support compliance and safety improvements.
