Job summary

TRANS WAVE MARINE SHIPPING SERVICES L.L.C is seeking an HSQE Manager in the United Arab Emirates to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive health, safety, environment and quality management systems. You will conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement effective controls.

You will investigate incidents, determine root causes, and drive corrective actions while overseeing HSQE training to ensure personnel adhere to duties and best practices.

• Proficient in conducting risk assessments, incident investigations and corrective action plans.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and developing corrective and preventative actions.
• Oversee the development and delivery of HSQE training programs to ensure all personnel are aware of their responsibilities and best practices.
• Manage environmental impact assessments and ensure adherence to all relevant environmental legislation and permits.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies, clients, and stakeholders to ensure compliance and foster positive working relationships.
