Job summary

Confidential Company in Dubai seeks an experienced QHSE professional to lead compliance and risk management across the organization. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to robust QHSE standards and driving continuous improvement.

You will conduct audits, develop training programs for health, safety and environmental regulations, and collaborate with management to tailor a comprehensive QHSE system. Incidents and near-misses will be investigated with preventive actions documented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant QHSE experience demonstrating compliance and safety management
• Certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO 9001, 45001, ISO 17020, or ISO 14001 indicating commitment to QHSE development
• Experience in oil & gas, construction, or manufacturing industries with unique QHSE challenges
