Summary of the Role

We are seeking talented individuals to join our full-time, permanent MEIA Graduate Program. This program offers engaging tasks and accelerates your development through personal development plans, local or internal assignments, and focused training over the course of a year.

The position is responsible for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) tasks to ensure Jotun operates in line with Group standards and local laws.

This role reports to the HSEQ Manager and is based in Al Quoz 3 Industrial Area, Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain HSEQ policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements and Jotun's HSEQ Management System.
• Develop, manage, and coordinate HSE documentation and records.
• Collaborate with Operations team and element owners on HSEQ matters.
• Participate in HSE audits and inspections; maintain and improve HSEQ and ISO system documents; ensure audit actions are completed.
• Update internal and external documentation to ensure compliance and proper implementation at the site.

Candidate Requirements and Offerings

We are looking for a candidate who:

• Is an Emirati national as part of the Emiratization Program.
• Holds a Bachelor's degree in HSE or a related field.
• Has NEBOSH or OSHA certification; IGC is a plus.
• Has 0–3 years of experience in HSE, preferably in manufacturing.
• Has strong command of English (spoken and written).
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
