Job summary

Innovo Group seeks a proactive HSE Officer to implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies on UAE MEP construction projects. The role emphasizes hazard identification, risk mitigation, site inspections, training, and driving a strong safety culture across all activities.

You will ensure compliance with UAE regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards, while coordinating with site teams to address non-compliances and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, safety, or related field.
• NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification is mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience as an HSE Officer in UAE MEP or construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure UAE HSE regulations and client standards are met.
• Implement and enforce company HSE policies and RAMS.
• Conduct daily site safety inspections for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting works.
• Identify unsafe acts/conditions and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with management and authorities during investigations when required.
• Maintain HSE records and prepare routine reports.
