Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to supervise, review and develop health, safety and environment programs in alignment with ADNOC policies.

You will implement HSE management requirements on projects, lead audits, and ensure compliance with HSE guidelines, EIA codes, and project safety targets, coordinating with Consultants and Contractors to maintain 100% HSE culture on site.

Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in safety engineering and HSE management systems.
• Good computer skills.
• Good knowledge of English.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate, and analyze work environments and design programs to control and prevent health hazards.
• Conduct inspections and enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Supervise assigned personnel and develop HSE scope of works for consultants and contractors.
• Ensure Environmental Management Systems compliance with HSEIA/EIA guidelines and ADNOC requirements.
• Develop and update safety and environment standards, procedures, and guidelines.
• Lead HSE audits, annual sustainability reporting, and training programs.
