HSE Officer

Job Details
HSE Officer with 7-10 Years of experience, including 3-4 years in Infrastructure Projects. Preference will be for an engineering stream candidate.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in an engineering discipline (with MOHESR equivalency)
2. NEBOSH IGC or similar safety certifications are desirable

1. HSE rules, regulations, and practices
2. Daily site inspections and safety monitoring
3. PPE and safety equipment usage
4. HSE training and safety briefing procedures
5. Vigilance and situational awareness
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills
7. Report writing and basic investigation skills
8. Ability to influence and enforce safety protocols
9. Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic are a plus

1. Implements daily safety practices at site in line with HSE policies.
2. Conducts HSE training, monitors worker safety behavior, and reports incidents.
3. Supports the HSE Manager in maintaining a safe working environment.
