Job summary

Khidmah in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced HSE professional to lead health, safety and environmental initiatives across construction and landscape projects. You will conduct site inspections, develop and maintain HSE policies, perform risk assessments, organize safety training, investigate incidents, and ensure PPE usage.

Collaboration with project teams and contractors is essential to integrate HSE requirements, with a focus on sustainability and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and computer skills are required.
• Experience with HSE management systems and incident investigations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify health, safety, and environmental hazards.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and procedures in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide hazard control recommendations.
• Organize and conduct safety training programs for construction and landscape teams.
• Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare reports with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to integrate HSE into project planning.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs.
• Ensure PPE access and proper use by all personnel.
• Advise on waste management and environmental sustainability practices.
