Job summary

  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate HSE practices into daily operations and project planning

  • Engage employees in safety initiatives through communication campaigns that promote a culture of safety
  • Stay updated on industry trends and legislative changes to ensure proactive compliance and risk management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HSE-related inquiries fostering a positive relationship with regulatory bodies and stakeholders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field is essential.
  • NEBOSH or IOSH certification is highly preferred to demonstrate industry-recognized competence.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in HSE roles within construction, manufacturing, or oil and gas sectors.
  • Experience in conducting HSE audits and familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards is advantageous.
  • Fluency in English is required, with knowledge of additional languages being a significant asset.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and make sound decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey safety information.
