Job summary

Egis seeks a qualified HSE Manager for UAE operations to lead HSE governance across large‑scale themed entertainment projects. The role requires strong leadership and strategic guidance for PMC teams, contractors, and stakeholders to uphold safety performance.

The ideal candidate will bring 15+ years of HSE experience on major construction projects, deep knowledge of UAE legislation, and ISO 45001/14001 practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent internationally recognised qualification.
• IOSH/IIRSM/ASSP membership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the project HSE management system.
• Provide strategic HSE guidance to PMC, contractors and stakeholders.
• Promote proactive safety culture through leadership and monitoring.
• Monitor contractor compliance with HSE plans and legal obligations.
• Review contractor HSE documentation and risk assessments.
• Ensure risks are effectively controlled and communicated to the workforce.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports and KPIs, with trend analyses.
• Maintain project HSE documentation in PM systems.
