Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue.
• Technical Qualification: Minimum one of the following NEBOSH IGC or Equivalent; subject to approval by ADNOC Group. Any other HSE certifications considered at ADNOC Group discretion.
• Additional Certifications: Lead auditor ISO 45001, ISO 14001 or equivalent Incident Investigation technique.
• Experience: Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects/operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with at least 5 years’ experience in a lead HSE position managing a team of HSE professionals.
