We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee health, safety, and environmental compliance for Oil & Gas projects. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (or a relevant field), be a Certified ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, and hold NEBOSH certification. A minimum of 15 years of total experience, including at least 5 years as an HSE Manager in Oil & Gas projects, is required. Preference will be given to candidates with ADNOC/DUSUP or similar Oil & Gas company experience and approval as an HSE Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 standards and conduct internal/external audits.
Promote a strong safety culture by providing training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Conduct incident investigations, root cause analyses, and develop preventive measures.
Work closely with project teams to integrate HSE considerations into planning and execution.
Maintain and update HSE documentation, reports, and records in line with company and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with ADNOC, DUSUP, or similar Oil & Gas company safety regulations.
Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and stakeholders regarding HSE matters.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
NEBOSH certification is mandatory.
Minimum 15 years of total experience, with at least 5 years as an HSE Manager in Oil & Gas projects.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Proven experience in risk management, safety compliance, and HSE training.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
ADNOC/DUSUP or similar Oil & Gas company experience and approval as HSE Manager are preferred.
Additional certifications in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Management.
Experience in HSE compliance for EPC projects.
Strong understanding of international HSE standards and best practices.
