Job summary

ILF Consulting Engineers United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced HSE professional to lead safety programs at a site in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on developing policies, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring regulatory compliance across health, safety, and environment domains.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of HSE project experience, strong training abilities, and excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is required; on-site operations in the UAE are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing HSE projects and multiple safety concerns
• Commitment to continuous improvement in safety performance
• Effective communication of safety procedures and policies
• Capability to train staff and collaborate across teams
• Leadership in fostering a safety-first workplace culture
• Prior HSE experience in UAE, or Gulf region
• Familiarity with on-site operational environments
• Prior experience with TRANSCO/TAQA transmission is required.
• Fluent in written and verbal English

Responsibilities

• Report HSE performance, incidents, and improvements to management
