Job summary

Kintec Global Recruitment is seeking an HSE / Environmental Engineer to oversee HSE inspections, training, and incident investigations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role includes supervising HSE services, implementing safe systems of work, and driving environmental plans in line with local regulations.

The candidate will deliver training, coordinate fire/emergency plans, and assist with risk assessments and environmental management on project sites. Strong English and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related health and safety field.
• NEBOSH/IOSH certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in HSE roles within similar industries.

Responsibilities

• Supervise HSE services and implement safe systems of work.
• Provide advice per HSE manual and procedures.
• Conduct HSE inspections and behavioural safety audits.
• Develop and implement fire and emergency plans and drills.
• Deliver HSE induction and fire/HSE training as required.
• Participate in incident investigations and emergency response.
• Maintain fire and safety equipment and contribute to risk assessments.
