Job summary

AtkinsRéalis seeks an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental Engineer to lead HSE on our UAE projects. You will implement the internal HSE system, monitor site compliance, and coordinate safety training with contractor staff.

The role requires NEBOSH Diploma/IGC, ISO45001/ISO14001 lead auditor training, and ideally IOSH/IIRSM membership, with strong English communication and Middle East experience. Housing and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum HSE qualifications with NEBOSH Diploma/IGC.
• Lead auditor course (ISO45001 and ISO14001).
• Professional membership from IIRSM/IOSH is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to AtkinsRéalis HSE management system requirements for site team.
• Monitor and report Contractor and Sub Contractor HSE compliance.
• Conduct regular safety training and site HSE tours.
• Issue SENs and ensure prompt closure with evidence of compliance.
• Review Contractors HSE Plans and risk assessments.
