Preferred Candidates: Locally available candidates from any GCC country.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety, and Environmental policies.
2. Conduct risk assessments and site inspections.
3. Ensure compliance with local safety regulations and standards.
4. Investigate accidents and incidents; recommend corrective actions.
5. Conduct safety training sessions for staff and workers.
6. Maintain safety documentation and reports.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Safety Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in HSE within the construction or concrete manufacturing industry.
3. Knowledge of UAE safety regulations and standards (OSHA, ISO).
4. Strong communication and leadership skills.
5. Relevant certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, HSE courses) preferred.
6. Ability to work outdoors and conduct on-site inspections.
