Job summary

International Overseas Consultants in the United Arab Emirates is recruiting an HSE Engineer to oversee health, safety and environmental compliance on GCC oil & gas construction projects. A strong background in mechanical or safety engineering and extensive site experience are required.

NEBOSH IGC must be held, with IOSH and Fire & Safety qualifications preferred. UAE ADNOC approvals are highly regarded. Salary around AED 10,000 plus food, accommodation and transportation benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical or Safety Engineering.
• 10–12 years’ experience in HSE roles.
• 3+ years in a senior HSE / supervisory role.
• GCC Oil & Gas construction project experience.
• NEBOSH IGC – mandatory.
• IOSH and Fire & Safety Diploma – preferred.
• ADNOC approval – highly preferred.
