Job summary

Flip retail is seeking a Sr. Safety Engineer to lead HSE programs across design, fabrication, and commissioning within Abu Dhabi's oil & gas sector. The role requires a Bachelor-level degree in Engineering, Science, or HSE, plus NEBOSH IGC or equivalent and ISO 45001/14001 lead-auditor credentials.

Strong incident investigation skills and team leadership are essential. Ideal candidates will have extensive HSE experience (15+ years) in building, fabrication, installation, or commissioning

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HSE professionals (HSE Designers, Sr. HSE Officers, HSE Officers) to deliver safety programs.
• Develop and implement HSE strategies and emergency response plans.
• Oversee audits and ensure compliance with HSE management systems and regulatory requirements.
• Communicate effectively in English; manage SSOW/PTW/WMS and related safety processes.

Sr. Safety Engineer
Sr.Security Designer Salary AED 10000-13000/-.Job Location- Abu Dhabi.

Bachelor Level in pertinent Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline.

Minimum among the following:

• NEBOSH IGC or Matching (Based on authorization by ADNOC Group).
• Any other HSE qualifications (thought about at ADNOC Team discretion).Obligatory.
• Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equal.
• Incident Examination strategy.

Additional HSE Trainings/ Certifications will be included benefit.

Minimum 15 years' experience in HSE in building, fabrication, installment and/or commissioning jobs/ operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a lead HSE setting handling team of HSE specialists.

Have strong understanding of the HSE problems, practices as well as behavior facets in the Oil & Gas EPC company. Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Designers, Sr. HSE officers, HSEofficers and so on. Audio understanding of the HSE Management System as well as HSE legislative demands Broad knowledge as well as experience in audit processes. Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Threat Evaluation and so on). Ability to create HSE strategies, Emergency situation response procedures/plans. Capability to evaluate incidents and apply origin cause analysis strategies. Recognition of H2S hazards and also control actions. Capacity to talk, read & create English with excellent interaction abilities. Effective interpersonal and also spoken & written communication abilities.

Job Types: Full Time, Permanent.

Wage: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 monthly.
