  • Ensure proper use and availability of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all project sites.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate HSE records, documentation, and reports.
  • Promote safe work practices and foster a zero-incident culture across the organization.
  • Manage emergency preparedness drills and ensure compliance with emergency response plans.
  • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations, including waste management and sustainability practices.
Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in an HSE role within the construction industry.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE HSE regulations and international standards (ISO 45001 / ISO 14001).
  • Proven experience in risk assessments, safety inspections, and accident investigations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to train and engage multicultural teams.
  • Willingness to work onsite across various project locations in the UAE.
  • Open to candidates worldwide (Relocation support provided for exceptional candidates).
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary (based on experience and qualifications).
